Thanks to all the buyers and sellers for their efforts in making this a success again this year. Your support helps fund the Department of Wyoming’s ongoing operations.
How it works? All SOLD tickets stubs are sent to Headquarters, they are recorded on two separate spread sheets. One sheet has only the numbers of the tickets, in order, and the word SOLD. That sheet, numbers only, is sent to the Junior Vice, (now Senior vice). The other sheet shows the number of the ticket and the name/address/sold by of the purchaser. I am the only person that has the name attached to the ticket sold.
The ticket number is drawn by the Junior Vice and I’m told they take the numbers to their post and someone else actually pulls the numbers out of a can or bucket. An email is then sent to me with the winning numbers, in order, 1st -2nd & 3rd place. I then match the numbers to the names. (I use the actual ticket and the spread sheet to verify winners) At no time do the names and numbers come to the person picking the winners.
When the “900 Club” was started the drawing was done on the 11th of each month and we have retuned to that this year.

Remember! Tickets can be purchased by more than one person, so sharing a ticket is something many have done.
